Mahjong Social Club

The word “mahjong” means “sparrow” in southern Chinese dialects, referring to the bird-like clacking sound the tiles make during reshuffling.

Playing Mahjong requires a certain level of memory skills, such as tile setting, game rule and calculation. It is no wonder playing the game gives you a sharp memory.

Come meet your neighbours and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a selection of our Chinese Teas to the tunes of romantic Chinese ballads. Tuesdays 3-5 pm. All classes run for 6 consecutive weeks. $90 per person for all 6 weeks
